Requirements
- Valid offshore medical certificate (OGUK)
- Valid certificates:
● OPITO Helideck Emergency Response Team Leader (HERTL) or OPITO Helideck Emergency Response Team Leader Further (HERTL-F)
or
● OPITO Helideck Operations Initial Training (HOIT), Helideck Emergency Response Team Member (HERTM) and Offshore Emergency Response Team leader (OERTL)

Training Description

HERTL-F training focuses on the key skills required to plan and respond to a variety of emergency situations. The aim of the course is to refresh critical knowledge related to understanding the protocols and requirements for land and sea emergency landings, various emergency response systems including NUI, HERTL and the emergency response team on the helideck.
